7. | Beeston & Tarporley Station Group re-opening update:-
Station group are struggling to get a meeting with CWAC. The least costly way of getting the station up & running is through planning permission, but CWAC appear to be reluctant to engage with the group to discuss. However finally there is a meeting scheduled for next week. Group could do a direct application to the Government but this is costly & lengthy. |

No further update from the developer. Show house was due to open at Easter. |

Still waiting on CWAC about the siting of the speed indicator device. A defibrillator has been sited on the show office. |

12. | Lake Vyrnwy Aqueduct Maintenance works update:-
MH has heard nothing. DW said that the decommissioning is in motion. Local residents have been asked what they would like returning back to previous state from UU. A lot of planting to do to reinstate land. DW stated that there had been some damage to the road, due to the machinery that has been used. This should be reported as there will be further degradation with weather. MH suggested that DW report it to UU and copy in CWAC Highways dept so that there is evidence going forward and a possible claim to be made for repairs against UU.

13. | United Utilities Parish legacy project – update
MH explained that the project is in process. The CWAC footpath officer has been supplied with the maps with the location of the new gates. DW asked who would own the new gates and responsibility for the maintenance. MH will investigate. |

14. | Highways:-
AE has sent letter to Stuart Bateman regarding issues within the parish in March – no response. Letter to be scanned & resent by MH to see if there is any response to him. |

15. | Outdoor Centre sale of building:-
No further update on the sale. AE said that the alarm has been going off. Police aren’t interested. |

16. | School Transport in the area:-
RT has had no response from the ombudsman – still no response. Some other parents have had a rejection of their application. MJ still pushing for a response. Still ongoing. |

Annual Audit 2024-25. Audit signed off and notice of inspection for the public to go on noticeboard & website from 3rd June. Financial Standing orders were re adopted.
