ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING (DRAFT MINUTES)
held at Peckforton & Beeston Village Room 7.50pm 10th May 2022
present: Mike Harrison (Chair), Andrew Haydock, Tom Platt, Andrew Evans, Sandy Verity, Helen Exley (Clerk)
Apologies: Daphne Weedall, Gill Thexton
- Election of Chairman
It was proposed by Tom Platt (TP) and seconded by Andrew Evans (AE) that Mike Harrison be elected as Chair. All Councillors were in agreement.
- Election of Vice Chairman
It was proposed by Mike Harrison (MH) and seconded by Andrew Evans (AE) that Daphne Weedall be elected as Vice Chair. All Councillors were in agreement.
- Election of Responsible Financial Officer
It was proposed by Mike Harrison (MH) and Seconded by Tom Platt (TP) that Helen Exley remain as Responsible Financial Officer. All Councillors were in agreement.
